Refund policy
B Foster Design wants you to be happy with your purchase.
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange your item(s) or receive a merchandise credit. Returns for refund are not available at this time. During the December holiday season the exchange policy will extend to January 5, 2023.
How to Mail in your Return
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, kindly contact the studio via email, Info@BFosterDesign.com, and provide a reason for the return. When approved you will receive a return authorization code and further instructions. Return Authorization is required.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.
Returns take 2-3 business days to process upon reaching the Studio. Once the return is processed and the merchandise credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Conditions
For all exchanges:
- Items must not be worn.
- You must present a valid order number
- All packaging must be included in your return.
B Foster Design reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
REPAIR POLICY
For repair inquiries, please email Info@BFosterDesign.com before mailing the item. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
We cannot offer complimentary repairs or replacements if your item has been broken, damaged, or lost by the fault of the owner. If repairable, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Domestic repairs take 3-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return the repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
